If you're like us, you find Comic-Con to be yet another event that’s been totally hosed by those entertainment marketing weenies. God knows the herds of nerds at this annual dork fest didn’t seem to mind, but we were gosh darn peeved at the number of panels that weren’t even remotely connected to the world of comics - like ABC’s Pushing Daisies, NBC’s The Office and Judd “I Still Think You’re All Fucking Assholes” Apatow’s Pineapple Express.
So it was fitting to see the Comic-Con-as-Hollywood-Pimp metaphor completed when the studio marketing weeniemobile drove this ride down to San Diego.
