If you’re like us, you know it is human nature to place a greater value on popular culture from the past than on what we see around us at present: just listen to a baby boomer swoon over all that Top 40 dreck from the 60’s.

So it was not surprising  when we clicked on the video on EW’s The Best and Worst Movie Posters of 2011 and heard this callow wanker in a ringer-T say, “Since the 1980’s movie posters have been getting worse every year which means 2011 was the worst year for movie posters… ever.”

Too obscure?

If by "too obscure" our reader means is, “Is this antediluvian Steve Martin Goldie Hawn laff riot so forgettable a film that no one will recognize the key art?” we certainly agree.

Regardless of our newly de-regulated Monkey See Monkey Do category, we nonetheless feel obliged to beef up this submission with these comparisons:
