According to TMZ, artist Gabe Leonard has accused FX of pulling the ol’ Monkey See, Monkey Do. Apparently the art for the Justified website is strikingly similar to Leonard’s Double Fist painting.
There is no word as yet on how all this legal wrangling will effect Timberlake’s 2002 album.
Fred Allen should sue them both...
