Marketing Weenie Watch: Strong Gusty Winds Likely To Continue

This was sent to a friend (who shall remain nameless) from a small production company (also to remain nameless) by a big time marketing firm in UK. Can anyone tell me what it means? Not sure either of us knows what to do with this "direction":
